- 1 slice sourdough bread
- Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp pesto
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush the sourdough bread slice with olive oil. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the bread. Arrange spinach leaves over the sauce. Top with mozzarella slices, tomato slices, olives, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms. Drizzle pesto over the toppings. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
