I cook for my family almost every day. Somewhere along the way I started thinking about what happens to those meals if I'm not around to make them. My kids will grow up and move out and start their own kitchens, and I didn't want their favorite foods to fade into "remember when I used to make that thing." Flavor Keeper is the first step toward something bigger, a living family cookbook I can hand them someday, printed and on their phone, built from my own rough notes and turned into something worth keeping.
